My family and I traveled to Park City, Utah. Park City is a ski resort. It is a very popular ski mountain for tourists. The resort recently bought the Canyons mountain, so now Park City and the Canyons connect by gondola. About 10 mins away from the base of Park City, there is an amazing town and Main St. With dozens of restaurants, shopping stores, and even a few museums; there’s something for everyone.
In terms of sightseeing, the town of Park City and Main St. are beautiful. The whole town is colorful and decked out with decorations. There are well-known stores, like Lu Lu Lemon and Roots, and amazing restaurants like Grub Steakhouse and High West. Further, there were always things to do in the town, especially for kids and teens.
Every day, snowboarding was an adventure and super fun. The conditions were great, and all of the trails varied in length, which was nice. One aspect of the trip that was super great was the chair lift-the Orange Bubble. It’s a chairlift that has an orange bubble that surrounds you from the outside weather. Your skis and boards hang out at the bottom. With 2 stops on the lift, one mid-mountain and one at the top, the lift is definitely a helpful ride!
On the last night of my trip, I went to a restaurant called Handle, at the very bottom of Main St. For appetizers, my family enjoyed short rib nachos and meat and cheese tots. This restaurant is very well known for its fried chicken, which I had for my main course. It was absolutely divine. From the seasonings to the crispiness of the outside, I ate every bite. What is especially unique about this restaurant is that every day they have a new menu. This is because they only use organic ingredients that are made nearby. This really made me feel comfortable and able to enjoy every bite with no guilt.
Throughout my whole trip, I was able to see beautiful mountain ranges. During my stay, I stayed at Sundial Lodge. The lodge sat on the bottom of the mountain and provided a very easy ski on ski off experience. The hotel would keep your skis and boots after your day of skiing and pack them overnight. They would even dry your boots. In terms of cleanliness, it was immaculate. Housekeeping would come every 3 days on our stay and make it perfect.
There was never a dull moment on my trip or any part I didn’t enjoy. Overall, I would give my stay a 10/10 and a double thumbs up! Park City is an amazing place for a vacation.

Jessie and I spent a day together on the slopes!
